Falled in at 2pm today .Took attendence and moved to hall .
Stand there and jeffrey sir told us today's training plan .
So the sec3 and sec1 go for lecture , sec2 normal training .
Went to the spectrum , for phototaking .
Lined up according to height , boys and girls seperated .
Sec1 were seperated from the sec2 && 3 as they were not in full-u .
First few shots were sec2 + 3 + sirs & ma'am ,
after that the sec1 joined in .
After photo taking went to change to p.t kit .
Had warmup exercises .
After that , went to noticeboard area .
Gave out concent form for
energy experience programme ,
dragon boating and
the atc form which is for hq .
Remember to sign those form and hand in to respective IC by monday .
Energy experience programme IC - Jeff && Jeremy .
Dragon boating IC - Ming xian && Han long .
ATC IC - Nadia && Sabrina .
Next was games . Played captains ball .
Sec2 vs sec1 , sec1 got keith sir help ):
After games was drills .
Practice drills thats used for for npcc day on 28 may , thursday .
Also , theres a rehersal for npcc day on 26 may , tuesday after school .
After that was debrief .
After debrief water parade on jeremy .
Cause monday his birthday mah . So all go bully him .
Even chee wee sir and joanna ma'am pour water on him .
After that go get our valuebles && head home .
Those who took part in the floorball competition tmr , like me .
Stayed back awhile for the breifing .
Weiyee IC , i posted .
