Dearest 9th batch;
Today marks the end of my journey as your cadet leader, as your drills IC .
Its been really wonderful teaching you guys all that i've known, throughout my life in NPCC .
And You guys have made my journey as a leader very worthwhile .
I can still remember the first training i took you people .
And i told myself that i must remember most of your names by that day and i did .
Of course, being little kids you guys were always getting on our nerves , trying to bargain and argue with us .
Ever since i was appointed as your IC , i seen you guys grow, mature and learn alot from all of us .
Mistakes you guys made was a disappointment to me .
I've always believe you guys could do better than our expectation .
I had high expectations of each and everyone of you .
Believe me, i've bent my own rules just so that i could make the trainings more enjoyable for you guys .
Getting reprimanded was nothing .
I may be hard on you guys, but all i wanted was to see you guys becoming to great leaders in the year to come .
Taking over the unit is no easy task .
And really , moulding you guys into potential leaders have and will always be my greatest achievement i've made .
So the time has come to pass you guys into the hands of the 8th batch, and allow them to continue moulding you people .
So promise me one thing ;
keep the flame of passion within yourselves burning .
Don't ever let your commitment die out .
Cooperate with your CLs and serve the unit well .
You'll be a great bunch of CLs in a year to come .
